Enrollment and Registration

Step 1: Everything below is required for enrollment at Alpharetta Elementary. After completion of the Online Registration form, please contact Alpharetta Elementary's Data Clerk, Prerna Gupta, at guptap1@fultonschools.org. 

• One Registration form
• Proof of Date of Birth (We will accept evidence in the order set forth below that shows the student's date of birth)
  • A certified copy of a birth certificate, certified hospital issued birth record or birth certificate;
  • A military ID;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • A passport;
  • An adoption record;
  • A religious record signed by an authorized religious official;
  • An official school transcript.

• Social Security Card or signed waiver
• 2 Proofs of Residency
  • One Current Utility Bill
    • Water
    • Electric
  • One Current Residence Proof
    • Mortgage Payment
    • Home Sale Contract
    • Current Apartment / House Lease
    • Section Eight / HUD Housing Document
    • HOA Bill
    • Current Year Tax Bill or Assessment
• Parent or Guardian ID (Driver's license, Passport, Alien Registration or I-94, if applicable)
• Previous school transcript, if applicable
• Authorization of Records Release Form (Grades 1-5)
• Pre-K Attendance Contract (Pre-K Students Only)

Step 2: Complete the Fulton County Registration.

• Upload required documents into the online registration form.

Step 3: After completion of the Online Registration Form, please email Prerna Gupta, guptap1@fultonschools.org, the 6-digit application number.
